A number of readers have asked for it, so here it is: a Juggle holiday-gift-idea exchange. As one reader wrote, “I have decided to give my brother and his wife a panini press thanks to the Juggle recommendation and I am hoping that I might get other good gift ideas!”
Some of you, of course, may not be exchanging many gifts this year with family-members, friends, colleagues, teachers and other juggle enablers, due to the Great Recession’s lingering effects. My extended family, for one, used to buy each other lots of presents each year for Hanukah. But in the past few years, as our family’s numbers have multiplied with births and marriages, we’ve scaled back quite a bit. Now, my siblings and I mainly just get gifts for our mom (heck, she raised us) and small trinkets for the little ones. (Luckily my son, who is not quite 2, is too young to pine for much in the way of holiday loot.) And since I work remotely, I don’t have to worry about office presents or Secret Santa events.
